Send and receive data using the TagoTiP text protocol over UDP datagrams

Use this connector to communicate with TagoIO using the TagoTiP protocol over UDP.
Each UDP datagram carries a single TagoTiP frame. The server replies with an ACK datagram to the same source address.
Ideal for constrained devices and battery-powered sensors. Refer to the [TagoTiP UDP](https://docs.tago.io/docs/tagotip/transports/udp) for details.
