Customize with your Brand Identity

With our Run portal's Navigation Bar, you can effortlessly incorporate your brand identity into the user interface. The first step in personalizing your application is adding your logo, which will appear on the top left corner of the navigation bar. This simple addition instantly adds a touch of professionalism and familiarity to your application.

Choosing the perfect color scheme is another crucial aspect of branding. You can pick the colors for the navigation bar, text, and icons, ensuring they align perfectly with your brand's aesthetics. The Theme section in the Run module allows you to easily make these configurations, giving your application a cohesive and eye-catching appearance.

User Menu: A Central Hub for User Interaction

The user menu is the heart of the navigation bar, offering your signed-in users a one-stop solution to access their account settings and preferences and sign out from the Run portal. But we didn't stop there; we made it even more versatile by allowing you to customize it further!

Add items to the user menu to suit your application's unique requirements. These items can range from simple text, such as displaying the application version, to incorporating external links or direct links to specific dashboards within your application. The endless possibilities allow you to tailor the user menu to your users' needs.

Easy Customization Options

Adding and configuring items in the user menu is a breeze. Within the Run module, you can navigate to the Navigation Bar tab to access all the customization options. When adding a new item to the user menu, you can customize the following aspects:

Label: This is the option's name that will be displayed for your end-users. To make your application accessible to a wider audience, you can use a key from your Dictionary to replace the text for the label, allowing for multi-language support.

Icon: Choose from various icons and select their colors, which will appear next to the respective options in the user menu. These icons add visual cues, making it easier for users to identify their desired functionalities.

Type: Determine the type of field the user will interact with. You can configure the item based on your users ' preferences, whether it's a dropdown, a simple link, or a button.

Alignment: Choose the text alignment direction for the item to ensure the user menu maintains a tidy and organized appearance.

Visibility Options: The eye icon represents the ability to restrict certain items to specific users using the Tag System associated with the Access Management feature. This feature adds an extra layer of personalization and security.

Deploy and Delight Your Users

Once you've finished customizing your user menu and applied the desired configurations, it's time to deploy your updated Run portal. Your users will now be able to see the menu items they have permission to view, ensuring a seamless, secure, and personalized experience for each individual.
