TagoRUN: Deploy Your Own White-Label IoT Platform

You have built an IoT solution for a client. The devices are connected. The dashboard is working. The data is clean and the alerts are firing on time.

Then the client logs in and sees “TagoIO” in the header.

That is a problem. Your client is buying your solution, not your platform provider’s brand. If the portal does not carry your identity, you are delivering infrastructure, not a product.

TagoRUN solves this.

What TagoRUN Is

TagoRUN is the white-label portal layer built into TagoIO. It lets you deploy a client-facing web and mobile portal under your brand: your domain, your logo, your colors, with no TagoIO branding visible to end users.

Your clients log in, see their data, interact with their devices, and never know what platform is powering it. The product they experience is yours.

What’s Included at No Extra Cost

Every TagoIO account includes access to TagoRUN. You do not need a special plan to get started.

Out of the box, you get:

  • A tago.run subdomain for your portal (for example, mycompany.tago.run)
  • Logo and color customization in the TagoIO admin panel
  • The TagoRUN mobile app for iOS and Android, rated 5.0 on the App Store and 4.9 on Google Play
  • Fine-grained access control: define exactly which dashboards and data each user can see
  • Multi-user management: add multiple end users per client environment

Setup takes minutes. You do not write code to configure any of this.

The Custom Domain Add-On

The default tago.run subdomain is free and ready immediately. If you want your portal to run at a domain you own, for example, portal.yourcompany.com, the Custom Domain add-on handles that.

With Custom Domain, all TagoIO branding is removed from every user-facing touchpoint, your portal runs at your domain, and emails come from your DNS. A custom mobile app with your company name on the App Store and Google Play is available on request.

How Setup Works

Step 1: Build your app in TagoIO Admin. Create dashboards, widgets, and device bindings.

Step 2: Define access rules. Set which users can access which dashboards and data.

Step 3: Brand and deploy. Upload your logo, set your brand colors, and use your subdomain or custom domain. TagoRUN handles the rest.

From configuration to a live, branded client portal: typically under an hour for a first deployment.

Two Use Cases That Show Why This Matters

System integrator delivering a building monitoring portal. The SI connects sensors across a commercial property, builds dashboards, and the property management company logs into a portal at portal.sicompany.com under the SI’s brand. The SI’s product identity is intact.

OEM adding a connected product dashboard. A hardware manufacturer ships a connected device and deploys a branded monitoring portal for buyers without building a web application from scratch.

In both cases, the platform infrastructure is invisible. The product experience belongs entirely to the company delivering the solution.
