Can I connect machines that are already installed?
Yes. Add-on sensors for pressure, current, vibration or temperature retrofit a machine without opening its controller, over LoRaWAN, cellular or the other supported networks. New units can send straight from their controller over MQTT or HTTP.
What if my controller sends its own data format?
A payload parser on the device turns your format into variables as each message arrives, so the readings land ready for dashboards, Analysis and Actions.
Can each customer see only their own machines?
Yes. Access Management policies decide which dashboards each TagoRUN user sees, by user, by tag or for everyone, so one app serves all your customers and each one sees only its own machines.
Can the app carry my brand instead of TagoIO's?
Yes. TagoRUN portals run on your own domain with the Custom Domain & Whitelabel add-on, and the Custom Mobile App add-on deploys your app to the App Store and Google Play, completely white-label and branded as your own.
Can I bill my customers for air, flow or uptime?
TagoIO measures it and your billing stays yours. An Analysis can total the air delivered, the hours inside the pressure band or the uptime for each customer every month, show it in their app and send the figures to your billing system over HTTP.
